1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and ber99 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ber99 website, mobile browser application, and all associated services. These Terms apply in their entirety to every person who creates an account, deposits funds, places a wager, or otherwise interacts with the Platform.

By accessing ber99 in any form — including browsing the website without an account — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close any existing account. ber99 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The version published on this page is the current operative version.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and ber99. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, these Terms take precedence unless the promotion document expressly states otherwise.

2. Eligibility

ber99 is an adults-only platform. To register and use the Platform you must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players aged under 21 are strictly prohibited from creating an account or placing any wager on ber99.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order currently in force on ber99 or any other platform from which you have been excluded.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director or immediate family member of a ber99 employee, in any function related to the operation of the Platform.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold only one active account on ber99. To create an account you must complete the registration process in full and provide accurate, current and complete information as prompted. The following rules apply to every ber99 account:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. ber99 will never ask for your password via email, chat or telephone.
• All information provided during registration must be truthful and must match the identity documents submitted during KYC verification. Discrepancies will result in account suspension pending review.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify ber99 support immediately via live chat. ber99 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to notify us promptly.
• You may not share, transfer or sell your ber99 account to any other person. Accounts are non-transferable. Account sharing for the purpose of circumventing limits or bonuses constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• ber99 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time if we have reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or a threat to the integrity of the Platform.

Upon account closure — whether initiated by the player or by ber99 — any withdrawable balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be processed to the player's verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no fraud investigation is active on the account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

ber99 processes deposits and withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of the transaction. All deposits and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• The minimum deposit is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts are set per payment method and are displayed on the withdrawal page at the time of the request.
• Withdrawals will only be paid to an account or wallet registered in the same name as the ber99 account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• ber99 does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees charged by your payment provider (e.g. bKash transaction fees) are outside ber99's control and are the player's responsibility.
• ber99 reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times are estimates only and may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
• Deposits made by a payment method must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal to the same method can be processed, as an anti-money-laundering control. This is a financial compliance requirement, not a bonus condition.

ber99 is not a bank or financial institution. Funds held in your ber99 account are held solely for the purpose of wagering on the Platform. ber99 does not pay interest on account balances. In the event ber99 becomes insolvent, player funds are not covered by any government deposit guarantee scheme.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ber99 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that are displayed at the point of each offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are awarded to one eligible account per household, per device and per IP address. Attempts to claim a bonus multiple times using different accounts will result in cancellation of all bonus funds and may result in account suspension.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is displayed on the promotion page before the bonus is claimed.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately in your account. When both are present, real money funds are wagered first. Bonus funds are consumed only after your real money balance reaches zero.
• ber99 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to cancel any bonus from a player's account if we have reasonable grounds to believe the bonus was claimed in breach of these Terms or through fraudulent means.
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Bonus expiry dates are specified per promotion and unclaimed or unmet bonus funds expire automatically on the stated date.

6. Responsible Gaming

ber99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity. These tools are available to all account holders at no charge and can be activated or adjusted via the account settings page or by contacting our 24/7 support team:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once a limit is set and confirmed, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a mandatory cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session time limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out. A reminder alert is displayed 10 minutes before the session limit is reached.
• Self-exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion for any period from 1 week to permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, the account is suspended, login is blocked, and ber99 will not send promotional communications to the player.
• Reality check alerts: Players may enable periodic on-screen notifications displaying time elapsed and net gaming result for the current session, to support informed decision-making during play.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ber99 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification or at any other point of interaction with the Platform.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or any software that interacts with the Platform in a non-human manner, including for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players or with third parties to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or launder funds through the Platform.
• Exploiting any error, glitch, bug or misconfiguration in Platform software or game engines to gain credits, winnings or any other benefit not intended by the game's design.
• Using the Platform in connection with any criminal activity including but not limited to money laundering, financing of terrorism, fraud, identity theft, or any other offence under applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ber99 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software code, game interfaces supplied by ber99, and all compiled materials — is the exclusive property of ber99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used to create derivative works without the prior written consent of ber99.

Game content (including but not limited to slots, live casino feeds, and crash game mechanics) is provided to ber99 under licence from third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe and others. Intellectual property rights in game content remain with the respective studio or provider. ber99 does not claim ownership of third-party game content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ber99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if ber99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ber99 shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of god, government action, network outages, third-party payment provider failures, or force majeure events. ber99's total aggregate liability to any player under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

ber99 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms you also agree to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ber99 uses SSL encryption across all data transmission and does not sell player data to third parties. 11. Amendments to These Terms

ber99 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it affects player rights or obligations in a significant way — ber99 will notify active account holders via the email address registered to their account or via an on-platform notification at least 7 days before the change takes effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulation, in which case notice will be provided as soon as reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amended Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the amended Terms take effect. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, ber99 encourages players to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. ber99 aims to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, it may be referred to an appropriate independent dispute resolution body. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
